We even offer pre-surgery lab work and scar therapy and we offer Aerolase Neo-Elite Treatments for skin disorders and skin rejuvenation now, plus faster recovery post injectable treatments!!

Yes! Although we do not accept insurance or bill insurance for payment. You could get a tax write off for medical necessity treatments such as neurotoxins, ketamine therapy, and weight loss therapies with the appropriate medical documentation and for health reasons.  FSA and HSA accounts can be applied for wellness services as well.

Yes we do.  Some clients like to pay on treatment invoices with debit card and cash payments. For your convenience, we gladly accept:

Clients are welcome to make partial payments toward treatment invoices in advance. Any remaining balance must be completed before or on the day of your procedure.

• A deposit is required for all services, including consultations.
• We are a medical spa center—not a salon. Our services are medically directed and often misunderstood as salon offerings, but they require advanced clinical expertise and licensed providers for all procedures.
   

A deposit is required to secure your booking. This ensures your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Yes! Provider Licensing & Qualifications

To work at Nursie Cosmetics & Aesthetics Wellness Spa as an injector, aesthetician, or medical clinic provider:

• Staff must hold a current state license in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• All injectors must receive adequate training and obtain additional certifications as required for employment.

Many clients safely drive themselves home after same‑day procedures at our premier medical spa. No companion is required unless sedation is used.

• If you receive laughing gas for comfort or any sedation, you cannot drive yourself home.
• In such cases, a drop‑off companion, Uber, or Lyft is required.
• If you are flying in from out of town for advanced procedures we recommend flying home within 24-28 hours post treatment.
   

• Procedures are by appointment only — we do not accept walk‑ins due to the specialized nature of our services.
• $50 reschedule fee for all rescheduled appointments.
• $200 cancellation fee for all cancellations. 
• No‑shows or same‑day reschedules are treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.
• $25 late fee for arrivals more than 15 minutes late. 
• Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling as a courtesy to accommodate you promptly.
   

When you compare the cost of long-term treatments to the ongoing price of serums and creams that provide temporary results, if they work at all, the cost of Med Spa services is more of an investment rather than expense. We offer membership packages which permits automatic discounted treatments depending on membership plan and complimentary Aerolase Neo-Elite Treatments, Facials, and IV Hydrations. . The ultimate cost depends on several factors, including:

• Your age and extent of the problem
• The amount and type of treatment
• Whether it’s the first procedure or a maintenance treatment. Booking an initial consultation would be best to formulate a plan of care for those seeking any procedures or treatment for his/her concerns.

Our goal is to provide complete satisfaction for all of our members and guests. If you ever have any issues or concerns, we’ll do everything in our power to address them. We always encourage the importance of maintaining your treatments and following all treatment plans as recommended. Please note all services and treatments are final sale in our cosmetics and wellness center.
